She lives in Dover, NH and has three grown children. Her passion is pregnancy and the twelve week period after a baby’s birth. <image:caption>Erika started her career at The Elliot Hospital (Manchester, NH) on the labor and delivery and maternity units for 2 years, followed by 9 years at Dover’s Garrison Women’s Health Center (her second family). She’s excited to now experience another side of supporting moms, babies and their entire families in a non-medical way. Erika was a bit blindsided by her insecurity as a new mom. She thought she’d be a pro. That feeling of insecurity really opened her eyes to the importance of continued support AFTER your baby enters the world. “The 4th trimester” can be beautiful, transformational, challenging, exhausting, scary, empowering, along with many many more emotions. A focus of hers when working with families will be to recognize those challenging, scary, exhausting times and help support you through them, empowering you with up to date information and compassionate care. And sleep! Because, well, who doesn’t want more sleep? She lives in Rollinsford, NH with her husband, 4 children, 2 cats, 2 dogs, 2 flocks of chickens and 3 pigs! When she’s not shuffling all the kids around between school and activities she enjoys knitting, sewing, cooking, baking and most recently interested in antiquing! Erika has become a new mom 4 times and after each birth, the dynamics shifted in the family and there were challenges in each phase. She says, “There is beauty in each phase even if you have to really squint to see it.”</image:caption>

<image:caption>Ashley Hartman is a postpartum trained by DONA International. She holds a degree in psychology with a focus on child development and is trained in perinatal mental health. With over a decade of experience working with children and families, she brings both professional insight and deep personal empathy to every family she supports. Having had her three children in three different states—always far from family—Ashley knows firsthand how critical the postpartum period is. Even with experience, nothing fully prepared her for the emotional weight and vulnerability of new motherhood. That lived experience is at the heart of her approach. Ashley strives to be a steady, nonjudgmental guide through the early weeks and months of parenthood. She holds space for your questions, your feelings, and your unique needs, offering calm, compassionate care that centers you. She lives on the Seacoast of New Hampshire with her husband, their three daughters, and three beloved dogs—all boys. Her personal mantra is assess, don’t obsess—a gentle reminder to tune in, trust yourself, and take it one moment at a time. You’ve got this—and she’s got you.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Niki is certified as a birth & postpartum doula and childbirth educator She believes that every birthing and postpartum person should have access to respectful, trauma-informed care and evidence-based information. After many years of working as a nanny and seeing the positive impacts of providing stability and support to families facing challenging life moments, Niki found herself called to provide compassionate care for folks walking through the perinatal period. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are some of the most vulnerable and expansive times in a person’s life, and she feels honored to be able to provide support and education to each family she works with. When not working, Niki could be found cuddling with her rescue dog, skiing with her husband, or taking aerial classes on the trapeze and split silks.</image:caption>

Emily has 2 daughters and became a doula after attending a moms group led by a doula with her first daughter. Being able to help mothers (and fathers) during this crucial time in life is an honor for her. She often leaves a family being more inspired than when she first met them. <image:title>Meet the Team</image:title>
<image:caption>Kourtney V. Kourtney brings a unique blend of professional training, hands-on experience, and genuine empathy to every family she supports. With an M.Ed. In Counseling and years of experience as a nationally registered paramedic, CPR instructor, and child passenger safety technician, she offers a strong clinical foundation that helps parents feel confident in her calm, capable presence in their home. Kourtney’s path to postpartum work has always centered on caring for families. She spent years as a nanny through college and graduate school, worked in a K–8 school supporting children and parents, and today is raising two children of her own. She is personally navigating the many layers of parenthood, including baby-wearing, sleep regressions, and feeding challenges, and that lived experience directly shapes the thoughtful, grounded care she provides to new families. When she is not supporting clients, Kourtney is usually spending time with her husband and two young children while exploring the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Her days often include beach walks, playground stops, and the beautiful chaos of raising little ones. Like many parents, she finds herself balancing moments of wondering how time is moving so quickly with the very real question of whether it is bedtime yet.</image:caption>
