What to expect from your free consultation
Our consultations are completely free, with no pressure to commit. We'll spend time talking about your family, your due date, and what kind of support might be the best fit, whether that's daytime help, overnight care, or a custom mix of both. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions, hear how we work, and learn about our packages and pricing. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of whether we're the right team for your family.
Common questions before reaching out
When is the right time to inquire? Anytime is the right time. Many families reach out in their second or third trimester, but we welcome inquiries at every stage, including just after your baby has arrived.
Do I need to know which service I want first? Not at all. Figuring that out is part of what the consultation is for. We'll help you sort through daytime, overnight, or a combination based on your needs.
Will I be talking to a salesperson? No. You'll be talking with someone from our team who actually does this work. Our goal is to help you decide what's right for your family, even if that turns out not to be us.
