Postpartum Doula Support for NH & ME Seacoast Families
Every family's first weeks with a new baby look different, and so does the support they need. That's why we offer two distinct kinds of care.
Care that meets you where you are.
There's no single right way to bring a baby home. Some families want a steady presence during the day, helping with feeding, rest, and the rhythm of a new household. Others need real sleep first and foremost, with someone caring for the baby through the night so they can finally close their eyes. Many families want both, in some combination, across the first weeks or months at home.
Our role is to figure out, with you, what that combination looks like. Every doula on our team is certified, experienced, and trained to support not just the baby, but the parents and siblings adjusting alongside.
Who do we work with?
We support families through every kind of beginning: first-time parents finding their feet, second- or third-time parents managing a new baby alongside older siblings, families welcoming twins or multiples, parents recovering from a difficult birth, and those navigating the emotional weight of the postpartum period. Wherever you're starting from, we'll meet you there.
Dover Doula Postpartum Doula Support services can last anywhere from one or two visits to more than three months. And anything in between!
Daytime Support
Help while you're awake and finding your rhythm. We step in during the day so you can rest, recover, and tend to yourself, while your baby is fully cared for.
Overnight Support
Care through the night so you can sleep. From 8pm to 6am, we tend to your baby's wakings while you get the deep, uninterrupted rest your body is craving.
