We’re available for overnight postpartum doula support from 8pm to 6am.

As your baby wakes, we:

  • Soothe and settle your baby back to sleep after each waking

  • Change diapers and keep your little one comfortable

  • Handle feedings, whether that's bottles or bringing your baby to you to nurse

  • Respond to hunger and sleep cues so wakings stay calm and brief

  • Keep your space calm and your supplies ready for the next round

  • Share what we noticed overnight so you wake up informed, not in the dar

However you're feeding, we work around it. We'll bring your baby to you to nurse, take care of bottles ourselves, or help you pump and handle the cleanup, whatever lets you rest most.
