ChildLight Yoga, Dover, NH - Peace Baby Yoga Class
Peace Baby Yoga is a wonderful "Mommy & Me" experience focusing on nurturing both the parent and child. The class sessions are divided among time spent on gentle yoga postures for Mom, and beneficial yoga and infant massage for baby.
Hike it Baby Seacoast - Hike it Baby is a non-profit organization dedicated to building communities that support getting outside with children from birth to school age. They host a variety of FREE events from trail hikes to urban strolls; toddler crawls to park and plays. Put your baby in a carrier and go for a walk!

Wentworth Douglass Hospital - Dover, NH
New Parent Support Group
Come and meet other new parents and discuss topics of concern to you. This group is facilitated by lactation consultants and child life specialists. It meets most Fridays from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. No registration is necessary for thisclass. In 2020 we will not meet on February 14th, April 17th, May 1st, July 3rd, July 17th, September 4th, November 13th, November 27th and December 25th.
Finding Yourself in Motherhood
Becoming a mother, again or for the first time, can be joyful and challenging. If you're not feeling quite yourself or it's not what you expected, you're not alone. Many women feel overwhelmed, isolated or scared at times. Talking with other moms who are experiencing the same feelings can help. Join us for our free mothers support group where you can be real, valued and understood. - Babies are welcome and childcare is available. Pre-registration for childcare is required.
This group meets weekly on Thursdays 11am - Noon

Portsmouth Regional Hospital - Every Wednesday, from 1:00PM - 3:00PM, Portsmouth Regional Hospital offers a Breastfeeding Support Group for breastfeeding moms and their infants aged newborn through 7 months. The group is FREE and requires no registration. It is run by the Portsmouth Regional Hospital lactation consultants. We weigh each baby to see ongoing progress and discuss any issues, questions or concerns that new or not so new moms may have regarding breastfeeding, infant growth, pumping or return to work. The group is lively with lots of interaction.
